Privacy policy

Using Wavvyx
Wavvyx provides a browser-game catalog, a game player, and preview school tools. There are no Wavvyx accounts or public comments.
Browser storage
Wavvyx uses local storage for your saved favorites, recently played list, and any inquiry drafts saved in this browser. Individual games may also store progress and preferences. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
Game files and outside services
Game files are streamed from the HTML5GameArchive GitHub repository through the Wavvyx server. Cover images may load directly from GitHub or original project hosts. Some original games include outside services, such as advertising, analytics, fonts, or game SDKs. These services may receive technical information when a game runs and may use their own cookies or storage. Wavvyx does not claim that every original game is free of tracking.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and requested URLs. The intended public host is Cloudflare. Its privacy practices also apply when the site is deployed there.
Requests and inquiries
Game requests, advertising inquiries, and contact messages are sent through FormSubmit to the Wavvyx operator. The message fields and technical submission information are processed by FormSubmit. Do not include passwords, sensitive documents, or information you do not want to share. A reply email is optional.
Advertising
Wavvyx-managed advertising is currently disabled. No Wavvyx AdSense publisher account has been configured. Advertising already included by an original game may have different practices. Before Wavvyx-managed ads are enabled, this policy and the consent settings must be updated for the actual ad provider and regions served.
Children and choices
Do not submit personal information about children through the contact forms. The operator must review the intended audience and applicable child-privacy requirements before public monetization. You can stop using the site, clear browser data, or contact the operator with a privacy request.
Contact
Use the contact page for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, and copyright concerns. Include the affected game or page and a way to reply if needed.
